1. Admission Cancellation

  1. Parents/guardians can request cancellation of admission by submitting a written application to the school office.
  2. Cancellation requests must include student details and reason for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

  1. Registration Fee: Non-refundable under all circumstances.
  2. Admission Fee: Non-refundable once admission is confirmed.
  3. Tuition Fee:Refundable only if cancellation is requested before the academic session begins.
  4. No refund will be provided once the session has started.

3. Mid-Session Withdrawal

  1. If a student withdraws after the academic session has begun:
  2. No refund of fees will be applicable.
  3. Any pending dues must be cleared before issuing transfer certificates or documents.

4. Transport & Other Services

  1. Fees paid for transport, hostel, or other optional services:
  2. May be partially refundable if cancellation is requested in advance.
  3. No refund after service usage has started.

5. Processing Time

  1. Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval.

6. School Rights

  1. Seemax International School reserves the right to:
